Poor customer service and poor quality of food.

Service was good, price to high ,side dishes should be included with meal.

Was here a wedding event in the side room. Food was great as well as the staff. Would definitely come back for dinner.

This is a wonderful neighborhood Italian restaurant with generous portions served family style, a warm ambiance, and excellent service. I highly recommend the Papperdelle Bolognese - it's excellent. Most dishes come in two sizes - small (one person portion) and full size (feeds 2-3). Even the small portions are huge, enough to have a full meal and then some. Being the leftovers for lunch the next day! Always an enjoyable meal to share with friends or family.

Very good food

One of the better Italian restaurants in the area. The grilled octopus is a must large portion cooked to perfection, also you can't go wrong with the bruschetta and calamari. The entrees on the other hand were good but not as satisfying as the apps.

Nice warm ambiance. The food was fantastic. The entire experience was above expectations. Highly recommend this place for any occasion.

Old school Italian in a Homestyle setting. Top Notch wine list and knowledgeable servers to help you navigate it. Can't wait to go back

This spot never disappoints. They have fantastic food for reasonable pricing, there no long wait even when they are busy.

Got FOOD POISONING from poorly cooked ravioli. My mom ordered tortellini, which she sent back because it was undercooked. Waiter tasted it and said it was disgusting, and took it off the bill. Do not eat here. They obviously use frozen pasta. Clearly the owner doesn’t care what they feed you.

I been to Piccola Bussola 6 times the food is excellent the staff are very friendly the place is very clean. The only problem is the parking we had to park 2 lots away from the restaurant & my Mom Dad & i are handicapped & the walk was a little to far for from the parking lot to the restaurant & there was no valet parking available when we first got there but everything else was excellent i really recommend eating here especially if u never been here before.

Intimate seating available for large groups. Great wine selection along with an extensive dessert menu. Readily accessible from Jericho turnpike. Valet parking available. Beautifully manicured outdoor area available to take photographs. Competitive pricing. One of the top eats on Long Island.

We were there for a wedding rehearsal dinner. Food was very good, dessert was an assortment of many items, see photo. Wait staff was excellent and very attentive. Overall a good experience.

I dine in this great spot from time to time! This is my favorite place to to have a good dinner. I go there frequently. The food is excellent, the staff is helpful and the rates are fair. I enjoy eating in this restaurant to have a good dinner.

Wonderful food, great service and totally loved the Chocolate Mousse cake. We ordered family style, so we all had tastes of a variety of dishes. Wonderful!

Mother’s Day 2020 (The Age of Covid). I placed an order yesterday- Chopped Salad-Crab Cakes-Whole Wheat Linguini Broccolo-Bronzini- Chicken Scarpiella- for 5:30 curbside pick up. Got there at 5:30. Had to wait a few minutes but before I knew it I was heading home. I set everything up with the help of my sons. It’s MD. We sit down to dinner and I got to tell you. GREAT FOOD!!! Really!!! I’m not easy to please and taking food out....already it’s not gonna be great. But this was. We don’t eat at PB’s a lot (2-3 X’s a year). But the food and service is exceptional (we’re never disappointed). Once this Virus thing is behind us we’ll be eating there more often. Until then, I’ll be ordering for take out more regularly.

Worst " Italian food " I ever had. I ordered the Penni Ala vodka and meatballs. All I tasted was salt worst experience I've had in awhile. Don't waste your money pizzerias make better.

Great food and lots of it and we ordered the small. Lots of dessert & valet parking. Service was spot on and helpful.

The food and portion size was good but we were literally the only people in the restaurant on a Wednesday evening and the service was very slow. We had trouble finding a staff member just to get water.

The food is always fresh and delightful, workers provides fantastic service. I really like how clean it is and character. Will visit here again.

customer service and food is horrible. Food aside. There is no sign that they dont take certain cards. They hold my wife as hostage for 20 mins to get cash( makes sense i have to pay). While i was gone they treated my wife like we want to run away and not pay. When i got back they excepted me to tip them as well. The homestyle food was very bad.Overall horrible experience. Do not recommend this place

Food was good, service good. Drinks were very good. We went on Valentine's day, they gave us chocolate covered strawberries and gave my wife a rose after the meal. Valet parking was convenient. Friendly atmosphere. I would go back...

This Spanish restaurant is pretty good. We tried their octopus app and shrimp entree. Both were delicious and the staff is very cordial and accommodating.

I went to Piccola Bussola for a relatives birthday. I've been to their other locations upon occasion. The food and service was wonderful.

Ate there many times. Food is always excellent. Family style portions also available.

Great tasting food, group style plating, so family and the like, will enjoy themselves. Dining room has warmth and appeal. Servers are more on the reserve side. But, chat them up and they loosen up and it makes for a more enjoyable meal. Two people can also dine, just prepare for a large portion, with all selections. Street parking, doesn't seem to be a challenge. But, depends on the day and time.

Where do I start! I had my daughters Bridal Shower of 72 woman. First and foremost Tony, the owner is truly a gentleman and made my daughter's Bridal Shower a very special day. My guests not only complemented the delicious food, but the staff as well. They are professional, and quick with all the requests that came from 72 woman.

Great italian food and service. Street and valet parking. Food was pretty affordable, about $20-$25 a plate.

Went here for the office Christmas party. We went here last year also. The food as usual was EXCELLENT. Every meal served was exceptional. Everyone thought their dishes were DELICIOUS. The Caesar salad was the best ive every had. Every course was perfect. Highly recommend this place.

Very good value in a traditional Italian restaurant. The owners are very nice and friendly. Good value for the neighborhood. And there is lots of street parking available.

Good meal. Went to the Mineola location. We had gift cards so ordered more than ordinarily. None of the dishes knocked me out. Service was very good too.

My family and I have been returning for several years. Very accommodating staff, savory food and easy on your wallet.
